Stepping Away From The Usual Rush: Flow with Flow

Last week, we hosted Flow with Fellow – an evening to slow down, move, and spend time together.

We had the opportunity to host the event at Yogshakti, a beautiful and serene yoga studio located in Bangsar. Surrounded by greenery and natural light, the space definitely set the tone for a slower and more intentional evening.

We started off the event with a Hatha yoga session by Sandra Woo, a dedicated instructor in the yoga community. Each participant had an engraved Fellow Carter Carry Water Bottle placed beside their mat, ready for the evening ahead. It was a gentle and grounding session, where everyone moved through the practice together at a slow and relaxing pace.

After a 50-minute yoga session, the event continued with a guided Strawberry Matcha Latte making session, led by Shaun Liew, who is a Malaysia Brewers Cup Champion and also the founder of ONO Specialty Coffee & Matcha.

Under Shaun’s guidance, everyone had the chance to whisk their own matcha using the Fellow Matcha Set, before finishing off the drink in the Fellow Stagg Tasting Glass. It was a fun first time hands-on experience for a lot of the participants, with moments of curiosity, laughters and shared learning throughout.

The event ended with buka puasa refreshments, as everyone gathered around to spend time getting to know each other, sharing conversations and most importantly enjoying each other's company.
