The Lelit Mara X V3 is a next-generation heat exchanger (HX) espresso machine that brings professional-grade flow control technology within reach of the home barista. As the first product in Lelit's Wave 1 design evolution - developed in collaboration with Design Group Italia - the MaraX3 introduces a bold new visual design language (VDL) that will shape the brand's products for years to come.
 
At the heart of the MaraX3 is Pagaia, Lelit's patented electronic flow control system. Unlike traditional mechanical flow restrictors, Pagaia regulates pump power electronically, giving you precise, dynamic control over the volume of water delivered to the L58E group head throughout every extraction. This is a feature previously reserved for machines costing significantly more, now accessible to all.
 
The MaraX3 retains the proven technical foundation of its predecessor: the advanced Dual Probe PID system with thermosiphon circulation, a silent pump, and the L58E group head with mechanical pre-infusion compatible with the full range of Lelit 58mm barista tools. Temperature is managed via intuitive Hot, Warm, and Extra Hot presets, while the X-Mode selector switches seamlessly between optimised coffee and steam modes.
 
Crafted from brushed stainless steel with smoked oak wood accents, gemstone-shaped buttons, and a redesigned drip tray with wire mesh, the MaraX3 is as much a statement piece as it is a performance machine. Every detail - from the redesigned portafilter handle with its pentagonal metal core to the geometrically inspired tamper - has been engineered to deliver a tactile, immersive espresso ritual.
 
Pagaia Lever System
Turning the Pagaia lever clockwise progressively increases pump power up to 100%, while rotating it counterclockwise reduces flow accordingly. Pressure changes are displayed in real time on the redesigned dual manometer, providing immediate visual feedback during extraction. Whether you are dialing in a light roast with a slow pre-infusion ramp or pushing a dark espresso blend with full pressure, the MaraX3 gives you total control.
