Magnetic burr holder
The burr holder magnetically attaches to the grinder's body, allowing for quick removal in just seconds. This also helps protect against damage from foreign objects, like stones. In addition, the magnetic burr holder provides easy access to the grinding chamber, allowing you to clean your grinder quicker than ever.

The Jay’s 68mm flat burs have an uninterrupted cutting surface, allowing for fast, precise grinding. Combined with a patented burr alignment system that ensures that your burrs are perfectly parallel, the Jay delivers unprecedented grinding accuracy and consistency.

The Jay is meticulously engineered to deliver fast, efficient, and consistent grinding: a typical 18-gram dose takes just under five seconds.
Low retention
The grinding chamber has been specifically designed to minimize retention, holding less than two grams of coffee. This means that there is less coffee to purge when making adjustments to your grind size, resulting in less waste.
Grind-by-weight ready
Connect your grinder to the La Marzocco app to access settings and statistics, or to add grind-by-weight capability with a La Marzocco connected scale. The grind-by-weight kit adds a magnetic portafilter holder that snaps onto your scale and easily removes for cleaning or charging. When charging the scale, the grinder continues where you left off, using the time of your last grind-by-weight dose.
Auto-close hopper
The hopper automatically closes when removed, preventing accidental spills when changing coffee or cleaning. Simply twist the entire hopper to close the chute and remove it.
