Technical Features
Boosted Boiler - With three independent heating elements:
- Flow through heater - preheats water before entering the boiler for shot pulling, steaming, and getting hot water without the warm up time of a traditional boiler based machine.
- Boiler - coupled with the flow through heater, removes the temperature fluctuations present on a single boiler machine when switching between brewing and steaming.
- Group head heater - provides thermal stability to the espresso puck for more even extraction.
Together, these heating elements provide to-the-degree temperature stability and a warm-up time of two minutes or less.
Group Head - Commercial-style group head with brass core, internal heating element, and water dispersion block for even flow through your puck, creating better extraction and consistency.
Steam Wand - Stainless steel and easily rotatable, with temperature-sensing tip, auto-stops at target temperature (customizable to different drinks), and auto-purges after use.
Controls - Three piano key buttons to quickly brew, steam, and get hot water, plus a full color LCD display with navigation dial for full control and customization.
Customizable Settings - Adjust pressure, temperature, and flow during pre-infusion, infusion, and ramp down. Adjust steaming temperature or choose from pre-set options for different milk types. Adjust water temperature and volume of hot water.
Storage Pad - For storing mugs and can be lifted to store cleaning tools underneath.
Drip Tray - With max fill indicator, integrated baffles for splash reduction, and easily removable for cleaning.
Water Tank - 2 L capacity, minimum fill level-sensing, and easily removable with handle.
Base - With rubber feet and built-in cord nest for an uncluttered counter.
