This month, we introduce you to Ariff, our after-sales specialist and resident "coffee geek"! Ariff has been an integral part of our team for 2 years now, and his passion for coffee has only grown stronger with time. He was a barista at a popular local cafe before joining Lamarsa where he learned about specialty coffee and hospitality.
"Once a customer has completed their purchase, that's where my role as the after-sales specialist comes in. I manage after sales of the coffee machines and equipment sold, and provide support regarding troubleshooting and any issues that customers may face". Before taking on his current role as an after-sales specialist, Ariff was our product specialist, where he gained a deep understanding of coffee machines and equipment.

Ariff then demonstrated the P64 by brewing an espresso and also a cup of filter coffee.
"It's pretty straightforward to use; just add in the beans into the funnel, turn the grinder on, and you're done. If you want to get more fine particles, you can ramp up the speed, and vice versa for lesser fines"
The Lagom P64 also boasts zero retention. Ariff weighed his coffee beans before and after grinding, and they remained at 18.0 grams. At a time where we strive for sustainability and minimising wastage, the Lagom P64 zero retention is as green as a coffee grinder can get.
The P64 also comes with accessories such as the catch cup, WDT tool, RDT, and a dosing cup. It has an integrated portafilter fork, and with Lamarsa, you can choose up to 4 different burrs.
