Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented person Customer Support Specialist who can provide an excellent customer experience to join our growing team at Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company! This position is for a problem solver with a desire to create a bespoke customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the sold products.

  • Finding solutions for customers using the Knowledge Base.

  • Keeping the Knowledge Base updated when encountering fresh issues and distributing the knowledge to team members.

  • Response to Ticketing system, constant review and follow up to ensure all ticket response based on priority.

  • Take corrective actions to ensure customers satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.

  • Prepare warranty service, training, or repair for a product.

  • Arranging appointments with customers; organising and scheduling service and repair work in accordance to clients needs, booking and part availability.

  • To provide quotations of any repair and calculating repair time.

  • Analyses history and market conditions to determine inventory requirements and orders parts sales accordingly.

  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.

  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.

  • Promotes teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.

  • Other tasks as assigned by superior.

 

​Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years detailed technical and organizational experience in service and parts business and parts organization.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.

  • Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Detail oriented, good in monitoring and follow up.
