Product Sales Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company!

What would your role be?

• Your main focus will be on retail sales and customer service, providing a powerful and lasting customer experience.

• Make sure each customer is given the complete showroom experience, ensuring they have the right coffee machine for them.

• Proactively assist showroom customers with product information, knowledge and follow up services.

• Establish long-term relationships with key customers, taking note of their preferences and past purchases.

• Prepare consistent and high standard coffee for customer.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

• Ensure a high standard of showroom presentation. Organise showroom merchandising, ensure stock levels are well maintained.

​Job Requirements:

• Passionate and enthusiastic about specialty coffee.

• Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

• SCA-accredited or similar professional certification is an added advantage.

• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people.

• Strong in communication and presentation (ie. demonstrated ability to service customers looking to make a considered high value purchase.)

• Understand customer service principles and is able to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates aged between 20-35 years old.

• Working experience as a Barista in a cafe is an added advantage.

• Experience in a showroom customer service orientated environment will be an advantage.
