From the outside, the housing is constructed of high quality polished stainless steel, and the side cutouts reveal a modern matte black panel. These panels in combination with the distinctively shaped steam and hot water arms give the Pro 600 a particularly extravagant look.

 

Each of the Pro 600’s boilers are temperature regulated by the front facing PID controller, which doubles as a shot timer when a shot is being pulled. Temperature control gives you additional control over your extractions, and the built-in shot timer makes it easy to ensure that every shot is just as delicious as the last. Steam power is plentiful thanks to the fact that the steam boiler on the Pro 600 can create up to 2 bar of pressure. For added functionality, the steam boiler can be switched off for use as a single boiler machine.

 

For those not interested in direct plumbing, the Pro 600 is an excellent option, sparing the larger pump and fittings to make the machine considerably more compact than similar machines.
