Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, driving brand growth, and coordinating successful brand collaborations. You will lead a team of marketing team and work closely with our sales & event teams to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and goals.

  • Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company’s values, managing these collaborations from initiation to execution.

  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy and manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including social media, website, and email.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and team members are encouraged to develop their skills.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to refine our marketing strategies.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key outcomes to the executive team, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.


​Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

  • Strong background in brand management and brand partnerships.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).

  • Passion for the coffee industry is a plus!
