Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, driving brand growth, and coordinating successful brand collaborations. You will lead a team of marketing team and work closely with our sales & event teams to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and goals.

Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company’s values, managing these collaborations from initiation to execution.

Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy and manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including social media, website, and email.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and team members are encouraged to develop their skills.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to refine our marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key outcomes to the executive team, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
​Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Strong background in brand management and brand partnerships.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).

Passion for the coffee industry is a plus!
