Coffee Machine Technician

We are looking for a technically minded person to join our growing team as a a coffee machine technician. If you are handy on the tools, loves coffee, enjoys talking to customers and is able to think on their feet and problem solve then this role is perfect for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing an excellent and reliable technical service to our customers' equipment.

• Perform installation, troubleshooting support, repair services and preventative maintenance of coffee machine, coffee grinder equipments.

• Travel to customer locations to perform these services and to assess customer needs from site location.

• Preparation and quality control testing of pre-sale espresso coffee machines and grinders.

• Reporting of technical findings during preparation.

• Learn all designs, functions, and repair methods of coffee machine and coffee grinder equipments.

• Able to work under minimal supervision.

• Possess good communication skills to liaise with client and customer.

• Participates in administrative duties required of the job.

• Perform any task given by the supervisor from time to time.

• Full-Time position(s) available.

​Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

• Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply.

• Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.

• Willing to travel for field work, travel for outstation when needed and possess own transport.

• A natural curiosity about coffee, friendly manner and a willingness to learn.

• Positive, punctual and good attitude towards job.

• Applicant must willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
