Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day administration
-
Assist in fulfilment of online orders
-
Provide logistic support and ensure the smooth arrangements for deliveries
-
To provide back-end administration support for operation and sales & marketing team
-
To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc
-
Handle customer inquiries from various channels, including E-mails, Live Chat, Whats.App, Social Media Platforms

Address customer problems and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits

Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
-
Maintain records of customer interactions as reference
-
Maintain proper administrative support to all departments to ensure efficient documentation records

Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.

Ensure office supplies and facilities in smooth business operation.

Organising events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
​Job Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Administration / Business Administration / Management or any related field

Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written and able to articulate your points clearly and positively.

Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage

Min years of experience: at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Good working attitude and willing to learn

Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

Strong sense of responsible and attentive to details

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft application.
