Admin cum Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration

  • Assist in fulfilment of online orders

  • Provide logistic support and ensure the smooth arrangements for deliveries

  • To provide back-end administration support for operation and sales & marketing team

  • To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc

  • Handle customer inquiries from various channels, including E-mails, Live Chat, Whats.App, Social Media Platforms

  • Address customer problems and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits

  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain records of customer interactions as reference

  • Maintain proper administrative support to all departments to ensure efficient documentation records

  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.

  • Ensure office supplies and facilities in smooth business operation.

  • Organising events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

​Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Administration / Business Administration / Management or any related field

  • Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written and able to articulate your points clearly and positively.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage

  • Min years of experience: at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Good working attitude and willing to learn

  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

  • Strong sense of responsible and attentive to details

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft application.
